Free Ticket Program: This program provides an opportunity for underprivileged youth and senior citizens to get a “behind-the-scenes” look at the creation of a new work, the rehearsal process and the culmination of each with the finished product, the performance.

SUPPORT THE CREATION OF NEW WORKS THROUGH THE GENESIS PROJECT!
This project was created to nurture the creative and artistic talent of senior members of
Genesis Dance Company, to provide an outlet and venue for senior members to showcase new and existing work, to showcase the versatility of Genesis Dance Company, and to expand the company repertory. This project also provides an opportunity for emerging, evolving and established choreographers to create new works and set existing works on the company, thereby expanding the company’s rich repertoire and exposing the dancers to new movement ideas and vocabulary, and creative processes. The creation of a new work involves more than the movement. This project also supports the creation of new musical compositions and costumes that enhance the choreographic work.
